About the role;
As a digital Account Manager you will be an integral part of their Client Services team and are looking for some with ambition and drive to step up into a Senior Digital Account Manager role. You will be supporting on their key account in addition to working with a mix of B2C clients across a range of digital campaigns. Whilst you don’t need to come from a pure play digital background, you’ll need to have marked experience in running digital projects across, web, social or media as part of your professional experience.
Working for a relatively small, boutique agency you’ll need to be familiar with numbers and be able to forecast budgets for future projects, track and manage project finances and report on account performance. You will need to be able to continue to drive efficiency in the team and ultimately add value to ways of working for the agency. Most importantly, you’ll have to demonstrate excellent experience in working in a collaborative environment and who work openly in able to share maximum knowledge across the team.
