Digital Marketing Manager

I am looking for an experienced Digital Marketing expert to join a luxury fashion and lifestyle retailer based in London. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day digital marketing activities of the brand as well as the long term digital marketing strategy. You will also be managing and developing a digital marketing executive. This is an incredibly high-end brand, and the role offers the opportunity to work with autonomy, and really make a difference!

About the role

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing all SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the social media manager to design, build and maintain the brands social media presence
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, working to targets and KPI’s
  • Identifying trends and insights, in order to optimise spend and performance
  • Developing creative growth strategies
  • Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrumenting conversion points and optimising user funnels
  • Collaborating and managing agencies and suppliers
  • Evaluating emerging technologies
  • Developing the digital marketing strategy for the company, in line with company objectives
  • Overseeing and managing the company’s digital marketing budget
  • You will be responsible for brand management and corporate identity
  • Managing social media marketing campaigns
  • Creating, curating and managing all published content
  • Conducting online advocacy and opening a stream for cross-promotions
  • Developing and expanding community and influencer outreach efforts
  • Designing, creating and managing promotions and social ad campaigns
  • Analysing campaigns and making recommendations in order to optimise and develop strategy

About you

You will need to have extensive experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong background in Paid Search, SEO, CRM, Affiliates and Display as well as;

  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience working for a luxury brand is a must
  • A marketing degree would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Experience using social media advertising including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Push notifications management and mobile advertising experience
  • Experience working with influencers and running influencer campaigns
  • Automation marketing
  • Sales funneling
  • Experience with A/B and multivarate testing
  • Conversion rates optimisation
  • Gamification
