Community Manager wanted to work for a growing men’s health and wellness start up business based in London. The role will be owning all social media channels and tasked with growing their communities and reach organically. This could be by influencing marketing, creative amazing shareable and informative content, CRM or building forums and communities.

This role is paying up to £45,000 plus benefits dependent on experience.

About the role

You will be overseeing the entire social media output and will be growing their followers organically. Their business is a one stop shop for men to talk about their health and wellness but also be able to buy products to help them. The role reports into the Head of Brand, but in the position you will be responsible for strategising how to build these communities and implementing that strategy as well. You will be telling senior people within the business how best to do this, so someone that has completely owned social at a start up or a smaller business previously would be ideal for this.

What skills do you need?

  • Experience of leading social media campaigns
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Knowing how to grow social followers organically as quickly as possible with a reduced budget
  • Engaging with fans and followers over social media
  • Ability to write outstanding short form copy for social
  • Adapting content to different social media channels
  • Some CRM experience would be useful
  • High enthusiasm for career growth and passion
