About the role:

My client is a mission led direct-to-consumer health start-up with a goal to help people they support with their day-to-day lives through their science-based app. They have a fantastic proposition and as I result have been very well funded. They are a small team but growing fast and have already made a big impact!

They are now looking for a Content Marketing Lead to help drive the brand even further forward.

As Content Marketing Lead you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement the content marketing strategy to establish us as a thought leader
  • Build a community and own our newsletter
  • Build out our blog and online presence in order to win a share of organic traffic
  • Assist with SEO strategy and execution
  • Work with a managing editor and put together a content team

What skills you need:

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • You have previously grown a content channel from 0 to 25k+ followers
  • 3+ years of experience at an early-stage start-up
  • You love writing content and telling stories. You are comfortable writing for different audiences
  • You have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research and how written content can be leveraged across all online platforms
  • Comfortable analysing data through SEMrush, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and other sources (i.e. Branch)
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer health would be a bonus
