About the role:

Content Marketing Manger required for an exciting challenger telco company. They are going through an exciting scale-up with big ambitions and are looking to completely change the way things are done! Although this a B2B role this would also suit someone from a B2C background to help them blow the lid on industry secrets, and disrupt a dry, outdated market with a fresh approach.

This is a newly formed role so my client is looking for a changemaker who isn’t afraid to push boundaries to ensure their brand stands out in the market.

They want someone who can come in and own the content marketing piece. In the short term, you’ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing to define the Go to Market content strategy and deliver it across multiple channels. Longer-term you’ll be building out the content team and managing the content strategy end-to-end.

They need someone with a passion for storytelling who is looking to create inspiring, entertaining content that creates great experiences, inspires action, and differentiates my client.

What skills you need:

The successful candidate will be happy working in a scale up / start-up environment and initial be working hands on while building a team around you. The successful candidate will also have the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in a relevant content marketing role
  • A creative, original thinker who has a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to understand and develop the unique identity and TOV of Vorboss and flex tone accordingly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to thoroughly review and approve content based on quality, fit for platform and alignment to brand and audience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners and manage a complex network of stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex and changing environments.
  • Excellent creative, design, and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content plans
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities.
