Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager | Media Company | London | £50-60k
RedCat Digital are working with a creative fast-paced media company to find a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to play a lead role in one of their major projects.
My client manages over 150 websites for clients around the world. They push the boundaries in terms of innovative design, conveying each asset’s message whilst also delivering an incredible aesthetic experience. Additionally using a data-driven approach they are able to enhance both the usability and the relevance of websites, allowing them to fully cater to their clients’ desired audience.
They have just embarked on a new partnership with one of the biggest names in the gaming world and now require somebody to oversee the CRO moving forward. Key responsibilities include:
- Work with web analytics, customer insight data and findings from user testing to develop winning test ideas.
- Brainstorm new experiment plans with the team, and have a hands-on approach for the creation and implementation of these ideas.
- Effectively plan, prioritise, and manage the design & build of split tests
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across the business, from research, design and content through to tech and senior management.
The right person for this role will have proven experience delivering improvements through new innovations, processes and cutting edge test ideas, as well as ability to identify quick wins and improvements. You will be experienced with A/B and MVT testing for optimising online conversion as well as confident using web analytics and collecting & driving improvement ideas from customer insights. Additionally you will be able to clearly convey your testing ideas through concise written briefs and wireframes as well as being comfortable communicating ideas to senior team members.
With research, content, design and tech teams at your disposal, you will have everything needed for end-to-end management of the entire conversion roadmap, putting your test hypotheses into practice and delivering fantastic results.
