CRM Manager required for a high-growth, well-funded consumer scale-up with millions of customers. Within this role you will be responsible for building and executing a CRM strategy that drives customer retention, engagement and LTV based on analysis and insights. It will be a mix of email, direct mail and mobile app push notifications

The CRM Manager will be responsible for;

  • Defining a successful B2C customer marketing strategy
  • Devising customer conversion, re-engagement and retention campaigns
  • Working closely with the Product Team to increase customer lifetime value through improving customer experience
  • Using insights and data analysis to continuously improve campaigns and results
  • Produce and analyse reports and insights to inform the CRM strategy and to identify areas for improvement
  • Managing external agencies and key stakeholders within the business, influencing decisions with in depth analysis and insights

The CRM Manager will have;

  • Strong CRM experience in a b2c company
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data and insights to define strategy & campaigns
  • Experience managing external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  • Great communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Candidates can come from any consumer sector such as travel, eCommerce, retail, fintech, media, entertainment, etc.
