Customer Experience Manager wanted for a innovative challenger Telco that is transforming the world of Broadband and Connectivity. Their aim is to communicate with their customers in an innovative way, whilst ensuring a memorable and exciting Customer Experience across every aspect of their journey.
- Prior experience of creating cross functional plans for customer experience initiatives that will transform the business and the overall brand experience.
- Track record of conceiving and delivering innovative solutions that impact the experience and business, understanding pain points and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all aspects of the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for championing the customer to ensure a differentiated experience for customers.
- NPS experience.
- Experience running workshops.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proactive and motivated self starter.
