Customer Experience Optimisation Executive wanted to join one of the most exciting brands in the Financial Services space. You will be joining the Global Customer Experience Optimisation team, and will be looking after the US & Canadian markets. The role offers up to £38,000.

Essential Skills

  • You must have strong experience owning, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Stakeholder management skills are also key for this position, as you will regularly be presenting your research and insights to Manager and Director level
  • Ability to understand and read data
  • Experience working with a Test and Learn roadmap
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, and how to optimise the individual channels
  • Prior experience planning and conducting usability research, to inform future test and learn hypotheses
  • Experience working with test vendors to execute complex tests, from initial briefing through to implementation and launch
  • Confidence to share test learnings and best practice recommendations with the wider Digital team

About the role

Within this Customer Experience Optimisation position, you will be owning, designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests for a key area of the brands website – focusing on the US and Canadian markets. Your end goal is to increase customer conversion across all channels. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers the chance to gain highly specialised experience in conversion optimisation and usability research. The main responsibility of this position, is to improve the performance and efficiency of online acquisition user journeys, across multiple channels and markets.
