About the role:

Working for a leading consumer eCommerce brand, the Data Insight Analyst will identify patterns and trends in purchases made by consumers and turn this into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Previous experience in an analytical role , ideally at an eCommerce brand
  • Experience in analytical data tools (specifically SQL and Power Bi)
  • Ability to communicate findings to clients
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Skilled in use of Excel
  • Candidates may come from sectors such as ecommerce, retail, travel, gaming, etc

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analysis to better understand consumer buying behaviour
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales
  • Collating data sets using analytical software such as SQL and Power Bi
  • Manipulating findings from collected data using Microsoft Excel
  • Confidently convey findings to clients and internal management
  • Proposing ways in which improve sales for the company at hand.
