About the Role:

Working for a high-growth telco with millions of customers, the Direct Marketing Manager will lead efforts to drive interest and customer acquisition through offline marketing campaigns. You will manage a team of 2 and own a multi-million-pound budget as these are some of the core and most successful acquisition channels for the company.

 

The Direct Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the offline direct marketing strategy
  • Budget management
  • Team management of 2 direct reports
  • Building test plans to optimise campaigns and amplify activity
  • Measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Identifying ways to increase response rates and optimise delivery of campaigns through data analytics

 

The Direct Marketing Manager will have:

  • Several years’ experience in B2C Direct Offline Marketing
  • Direct Mail / Print experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • A Telco / telecoms background would be beneficial but candidates can come from sectors such as retail, subscriptions, consumer services, etc.
