Ecommerce Manager wanted to join high-growth luxury retail brand with huge online presence. This company are seeing amazing success across the globe with the biggest markets being the UK, US and Asia. The Ecommerce Manager will be owning the overall running of the site, which will involve trading, merchandising, content management, website personalisation, driving conversion rates and analysing performance. You will also be defining strategy and streamlining processes. You will be managing a team of 2 and working cross-functionally across the business with Marketing, Brand and Acquisition teams. This is an international role, and will involve optimising the websites for a range of territories in order to increase global presence.

The ideal person for this role will come from a Retail or Ecommerce background, international experience would be a bonus but is not essential. The role will involve a lot of stakeholder management, so experience in this is key as is experience managing or mentoring a team.
