About the Head of Digital Product Role

My client is a major insurance company who are looking for a Head Of Digital Product & Customer Experience to work on a claims transformation programme.You will be responsible for the strategy and thought leadership of the claims customer experience and transforming the area into a digitally enabled service.

This will be required to have a broad background that will cover the technical outcomes of digital including the architecture as well as best in class user experience.

Requirements:

  • Define high level digital requirements that influence broader decisions in the road map across the overall technology solution.
  • Lead on research, user testing and service design to ensure the voice of the end customer and intermediary is the heart of transformation design.
  • Attend design lead forums and be the voice of digital ensuring decisions made adhere to overall digital strategy.
