Head of Growth required for a disruptive early-stage d2c eCommerce startup with high profile investors and an exec team from industry leaders like Deliveroo.

The Head of Growth will:

  • Lead the growth strategy
  • Work closely with the founders and exec team to refine product market fit
  • Rapidly evolve the product, improve conversion and demonstrate viability of different models
  • Look to understand the customer and use data to drive decision making
  • Drive acquisition and retention of new customers
  • Build and manage a high performing growth team

The Head of Growth will have:

  • Come from a growth marketing or consulting/strategy background
  • Strong preference for having worked in a startup environment before
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Greats stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Candidates can come from any sector such as startup, scale-up, retail, eCommerce, travel, marketplace, subscriptions, luxury, fintech, etc.
