Performance Marketing Lead | eCommerce – Start-up| £35,000-£45,000
My client are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join the exciting eCommerce start-up as their first true marketing specialist.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Initially the role will focus more around paid social channels to then develop and implement digital strategy across search, affiliates, display and social.
This will be a fantastic development opportunity for anyone who wants to progress, learn and grow in their next role.
KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Experience growing customer acquisition through paid social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and potentially LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and Reddit.
- Implementing cross channel paid campaigns including paid search, affiliate, display etc
- Some fluency with Adtech, interfaces and bidding tools (google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)
- Experience in testing environments, delivering through A/B Testing and CRO.
