About the role:
Working for an established fintech company, the Principal Product Designer will be looking to setting up a new product vertical within the company. You’ll be joining a friendly and inclusive team helping to drive important innovation with this product based on the needs of your users.
The Principal Product Designer will be responsible for:
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Markers and your design team.
Simplifying complex problems into clear ideas and processes that can be used to steer your teams work towards prototyping and making your concepts tangible.
Driving towards the desired outcome of the product, through communicating strong ideas backed by your knowledge and expertise.
Working on multiple complex projects at the same time, communicating with your team effectively and managing time and expectations in the process.
The Principal Product Designer will have:
Experience in an Interaction Design, UX design or Product Design related field, where you have shipped digital products across different platforms.
Experience in designing and running research and using this to design experiences maps and journeys to launch your designs in an agile environment.
A strong understanding of interaction design principles, with an ability to use this knowledge to mentor members of your team that are less experienced in your ways of working.
A great team player and communicator, with a drive to learn and continue to challenge your own experience.
