Principal Product Designer

I am looking for a Principal Product Designer, with a team of three, to join a prestigious financial services organisation within investments in wealth. This is a unique opportunity to sit across the bank and its wealth proposition to develop holistic design practices, to deliver expectational customer experience to high wealth clients.

You will be creating dotted line connections between investments in the main bank and their wealth proposition, using a service design mindset to identify gaps in the design process working across multiple squads taking a view of the entire end to end process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong Service Design mindset
• Experience within highly regulated or financial services environments
• Experience with coaching and mentoring junior designers

What they can offer:

• Up to around £100,000 + bonus
• Hybrid working in central London, 2+ days a month
