About the role:

Digital Product Analyst wanted to join an online luxury fashion retailer within a brand-new team. This brand are huge advocates for sustainability, aiming to change the fashion industry. As a global online marketplace, with an average of 6 million visits to their digital channels, they are looking to grow the team and product offering to improve the overall customer experience. You will be involved in this, analysing exactly what customers are loving about the site, as well as bringing to life new ideas and features. Flexible hybrid working, only 2-3 days a week in the office!

As a Digital Product Analyst you will be:

  • Data-driven, creating actionable insights to support the Product team, and helping drive consumer engagement
  • Working with the wider Product team to measure standards, define metrics, and relevant KPIs
  • Presenting to Stakeholders across the business on product insights and updates
  • Working effectively with in-house teams and independently
  • Giving guidance on testing strategies including A/B and multivariate tests

As a Digital Product Analyst you will have:

  • Front-end analytics experience i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a digital analyst capacity, whether that be focussing on marketing activities or product features
  • At least 2 years’ experience in product analysis i.e. online, ecommerce or equivalent
  • Experience impacting a business using data
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experience working effectively as an analyst within a team
  • Good presentation skills to all types of audiences
