Working for a hyper-growth Telco that has consistently achieved double-digit YOY growth for a decade (even last year!), the Propositions Manager will act as a GM and own the strategy and penetration for their allocated audiences and sites. They will work cross-functionally to ensure excellent execution and KPI attainment.


The Propositions Manager will:

  • Create, maintain and deliver strategic GTM plans by audience
  • Own forecasting and achievement of penetration and associated KPIs by audience
  • Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for their designated audiences
  • Share insight and commentary contextualising performance
  • Engage stakeholders and provide virtual leadership across all activities for their designated audiences
  • Manage, allocate and optimise ROI from spend budgets


The Propositions Manager will have:

  • Experience in a propositions, commercial manager, category manager, product or brand role (or similar)
  • Experience driving customer acquisition in a commercial organisation
  • Excellent analytical skills and data driven mindset
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ideally come from an FMCG or telco background, but could also look at retail, ecommerce, travel
