Senior Category Manager wanted to join market-leading ecommerce brand to work across their lifestyle category. They are partnered with some amazing brands and are growing at an incredibly exciting rate. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding partner experience and service – this role will also involve managing two direct reports.

As Senior Category Manager you will be;

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with partners within the Lifestyle space
  • Cross-selling, upselling & identifying new product opportunities
  • Managing a portfolio of key clients, focusing on new product development and overall customer satisfaction
  • Delivering strategy in order to drive business volume and to reduce churn
  • Managing two account managers
  • Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring the performance of accounts from a commercial perspective
  • This role will be focused on existing accounts

As Senior Category Manager you will;

  • Have a strong background in Account Management with good commercial acumen
  • Experience working in the lifestyle/leisure industry would be a bonus but is not essential
  • Team management experience
  • Data focused with the ability to identify and use insights
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships
  • Stakeholder management skills are key to this role, and you will be comfortable presenting at a senior level
  • Experience in Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential
