Senior Manager, Digital Culture Network (Operations Lead) – ARTCF111

Contract: Fixed Term for 24 months, working 35 hours per week

Salary: £43,604 per annum

Location: At one of the Arts Council’s offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cambridge, Brighton or Bristol


This is an exciting opportunity to join Arts Council England’s groundbreaking Digital Culture Network (DCN). The Senior Manager (Operations) will have responsibility for overseeing and delivering the DCN’s processes and systems (including its CRM system) and provide line management and leadership to its capable team.

The Digital Culture Network helps build the digital skills and capabilities of the arts and cultural sector through free and practical support in key areas of expertise such as ecommerce, web design, data & analytics and digital strategy. The team, based across England, support organisations with 1-2-1 advice, webinars, workshops and by fostering partnerships with the Tech sector.

This role is a key hire for the DCN as it looks to expand, help the sector recover from Covid-19 and deliver the ambitious vision of Arts Council England’s 10 Year Stategy, Let’s Create.
