An early-stage B2B ecommerce Startup are looking for a VP of Growth to join them at a crucial stage of their growth journey. You will be defining the growth strategy and building out a successful marketing team, with a specific focus on digital channels.
- You will be ambitious with experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment
- Have experience building and leading a team
- Deep understanding of how to drive growth, specifically through marketing
- Experience using a range of different acquisition channels, with proven track record of driving lead generation and user acquisition
- Experience opening new markets – this role will be UK focused initially but they are planning international expansion
- Highly analytical with a data-led approach to marketing and growth
