Covid-19 has impacted each and every industry for better and worse. Businesses have had to make redundancies, furlough their staff and even make pay cuts across the board in order to survive. But not all is lost. The world is now starting to return to it’s new normal. However, this new normal has brought a huge knock to the economy – with people in all positions being furloughed, taking pay cuts and in the most unfortunate circumstance – being made redundant.
That’s why, now more than ever, we need to turn to data.
The Survey
We’re conducting our 2020 salary survey to track the latest digital salary trends and projections across the UK and Europe – Including the effect covid-19 has had on the job market. We’ll be inspecting Covid-19’s impact, salaries and day rates, benefits, promotions and job hunting, Delving into each sector, across all industries.
This salary guide is aimed at serving digital and tech industries, which we have broken down into 9 main categories:

- Product Management
- UX & Design
- Content & Editorial
- Marketing

- Ecommerce
- Data
- Cybersecurity
While we realise there is a huge amount of uncertainty throughout all businesses at present, we still want to hear your thoughts so that we can feedback valuable information on hiring & recruitment back to you.
We’ll be publishing the findings in August, but those who fill out the survey will be sent the first copy of our Salary Guide in July before general release.
Our survey should take no more than 5 minutes, and those who complete the form will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad. The winner will be notified when the survey closes in June.
