Customer Insight Analyst wanted to join high-growth luxury retail brand with huge online presence. This role reports into the Data and Analytics Manager and will be responsible for data analysis, funnel reporting and customer segmentation. It will focus on how customers are using the site and how this can be optimised to drive growth and engagement. You will be using SQL and Excel to draw tangible insights to report back to the business. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with experience working in an ecommerce company – strong stakeholder management skills are also key for this role.
