Tony Alfieri – Managing Director

The man behind the strategy and growth of the company, Tony is the founder and managing director of RedCat Digital.

Tom Soleilhac – Head of Contract

Tom is our new head of contract and brings 7 years experience recruiting into the IT sector across private and public.

Neil Rogers – Head of Content & Editorial

Neil has been with RedCat for just under 14 years and heads up both perm and contract roles in the content & editorial industry. He is also the cogs behind our out-of-hours editorial solution; Copycat

Freddy Papworth – UX/UI Consultant

Joining the team in the summer of 2017, Freddy has been our go-to UX and Visual design consultant from day one.

Harry Pluckrose – Front-End Development Consultant

Harry joined the team in March 2018 and has backgrounds in both social media management and recruiting into the health sector.
