About the role:
Global, industry-leading digital brand with millions of customers looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to help drive engagement and increase sales & revenue across web and app.
The Digital Merchandising Manager will be responsible for:
- Defining the digital merchandising strategy for key customer segments
- Working closely with analytics team to drive improvements and continued optimisation
- Running discounted sales and promotions
- Working closely with key stakeholders to offer specific targeted communication to customer segments
- Ultimately driving sales and revenue
The Digital Merchandising Manager will have:
- Strong digital merchandising experience
- Ideally come from retail, eCommerce, travel, streaming, entertainment or media
- Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
- Great communication and stakeholder manager skills
- May have come from roles like online merchandiser or digital merchandiser
