About the role:

Global, industry-leading digital brand with millions of customers looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager to help drive engagement and increase sales & revenue across web and app.

The Digital Merchandising Manager will be responsible for:

  • Defining the digital merchandising strategy for key customer segments
  • Working closely with analytics team to drive improvements and continued optimisation
  • Running discounted sales and promotions
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to offer specific targeted communication to customer segments
  • Ultimately driving sales and revenue

The Digital Merchandising Manager will have:

  • Strong digital merchandising experience
  • Ideally come from retail, eCommerce, travel, streaming, entertainment or media
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  • Great communication and stakeholder manager skills
  • May have come from roles like online merchandiser or digital merchandiser
