About the role:

Social Media Manager required for leading luxury travel brand based in London – hybrid working 2 day per week from the office.  As social media manager you will work will have the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute on the social media strategy, including working towards quarterly KPIs
  • Be responsible for planning monthly social calendars, ensuring monthly plans ladder up to wider digital engagement objectives, as well as bringing big ideas to trail each month
  • Source and create social media content across all channels including; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating edits in Capcut and Canva.
  • Build relationships with travel experts, briefing in content requests and up-skilling in social media and content shooting techniques
  • Deliver ad hic social media training when necessary
  • Conduct monthly reporting to track performance
  • Work closely with editorial, brand and campaign teams to ensure social content is supporting and elevating wider business activities

What skills you need:

The successful candidate will have the following skills experience:

  • Experience working within travel / luxury lifestyle (or a proven passion for travel)
  • Proven copywriting skills
  • Experience shotting high quality video content on phone for brands and /or experience producing on shoot. This role will involve self-shotting and producing content with videographers where you will direct Travel Directors, guests
  • A social video creator – whether briefing exciting video ideas to videographers or creating your own edits using Capcut and Canva, you’re passionate about producing scroll-stopping, social-first video edits
  • Social native who is always across the latest trends and full to the brim with social-first ideas to help the brands stand out from the noise and help them achieve their social specific goals.
  • Clear understanding of the link between content performance and social listening with content ideation.
  • I am also looking for someone who is obsessed with travel!
