Working for a high-growth global food & cooking brand/app with a huge social media following, the Growth Marketing Lead will form the strategy to grow their paying subscriber base and have responsibility for the overall member experience. Every month 1.5million hours of their content is watched online!


The role will use various channels, primarily performance marketing, to drive growth, but will also work closely with the product team on the user experience of the mobile app, from onboarding to everyday use.

Another interesting aspect to the Head of Growth role is looking at how to leverage their large social following and trying to convert them to the paid subscription.


You’ll manage a small team, but be prepared to roll your sleeves and get involved in the nitty gritty!


The Head of Growth will have:

  • Experience of performance / digital marketing (PPC, paid social, paid search, display, etc.)
  • Grown the customer base for mobile app-based consumer products
  • Ideally have experience at lifestyle brands e.g. food, cooking, fitness, fashion
  • Strong preference for subscriptions / membership experience


This is a brand-new role within the business and a great opportunity for a talented Head of Growth to help shape the subscription proposition and member experience for something that shows huge potential (currently has a 70% conversion rate from free trial to paid).
