Platform Solutions Specialist
About the role:
On behalf of our client, a leading company in digital advertising technology, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join their Platform Solutions team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This team supports the commercial development of their DSP technology, focusing on client education, onboarding, and activation. The role involves driving the adoption and expansion across all MSA customers by providing valued services and flawless execution, while supporting end-to-end projects that enhance the platform experience for valued clients. My client is based in London but works on a hybrid model – currently 1-2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle day-to-day DSP trading requests from agency partners.
– Lead the DSP Customer Training & Onboarding program and continuous client knowledge development.
– Facilitate regular client office hours, manage new client onboarding, and support self-service activations.
– Establish trusted relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on DSP technology.
– Drive adoption of new platform functionality and position new inventory and data sources.
– Act as an advocate for the customer internally, driving product requests and prioritization over the customer lifecycle across the organization.
– Be an expert in optimization, strategy, and performance, and communicate these insights to all levels of an agency or brand.
– Establish client best practices, recommend tools, and develop new processes to scale customer relationships; share this across the Platform Team.
– Troubleshoot client issues and escalate internally to the appropriate teams.
What skills you need:
Key Experience and Skills Include:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising technology solutions, preferably with programmatic buying or planning experience.
– Demonstrated knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
– Proven track record in developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
– Passion for online media, with experience in programmatic trading and a strong understanding of leading ad servers, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and creative platforms.
– Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic.
– Numerate with a good level of knowledge in MS Office packages, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Degree qualified and motivated with a can-do attitude and a hunger for delivering results.
