About the role

Working for a high-growth fintech scale-up backed by one of the world’s leading VC’s, the Product Designer will work on innovative products that allow their customers to provide a better service to their users. You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with offices spanning 3 countries to form concepts and bring exceptional experiences for their clients and customers to life.

You are a multifaceted designer who can discuss user flows and interaction models, as well as create visually beautiful experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Brief projects; craft workflows, create high-fi visuals and ensure a smooth e2e process right through to implementation.

• Work on a range of internal & external projects including internal comms, event branding, merchandising etc.

• Work with commercial team members and Visual Designers on Marketing materials.

• Conduct and feedback customer research, using findings to drive experimentation.

What You’ll Need:

• Product Design experience in fintech or SaaS

• An eloquent and diverse portfolio.

• Advantageous if you’ve worked in a high-growth startup / scale-up environment before

• A passion for working in an agile way.

• Proficient across a range of programs – including Figma, Adobe Suite and Keynote
