We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join one of the largest banks in the UK designing incredible experiences over their entire customer estate.

You will be leading the design of products within the digital banking space, working closely with product managers and engineering leads. You will be responsible for embedding design thinking at every step of the product building process, and continue to develop a strong design culture in a team where a designers voice is truly heard.

You will be a key player in the future of the business, where they always look to promote from within and where professional development of the team is a key focus for the design leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with Product Managers, User researchers, visual designers and engineers to craft products customers love
• Conducting in depth user research and translating customer needs into beautifully designed experiences
• Help define customer value with senior project stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years experience in UX or Product Design
• Experience conducting user research
• Experience working with agile methodologies and agile teams
