An innovative fintech start up backed by one of the world’s biggest international banks is looking for a strategy manager. They operate independently to leverage the agility of a startup while benefiting from the support of a global financial leader.

Having recently launched in the UK, they have ambitious plans for rapid expansion both domestically and internationally.

The Role

Strategy Manager to support the Head of Strategy in building and executing their global strategy. You will be working with a large range the most senior stakeholders within the business as well as externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Assist in defining a holistic business strategy across target markets.
  • Growth Strategies: Identify and lead growth opportunities including new product offerings, geographies, and partnerships.
  • Influencing Leadership: Drive support for strategic initiatives at senior functional, regional, and market leadership levels.
  • Strategic Communication: Translate business strategy into compelling narratives for internal and external strategic partners

What They Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in strategy roles within consulting organizations or corporate settings.
  • Experience working with fintech or highly regulated product environments
  • Knowledge of business management activities required for a global business.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
