VP of Performance Marketing needed for one of the world’s largest distributors of engineering products across the globe.

About the role

We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing leader to join one of the world’s largest distributors of engineering products. a global powerhouse , operating in 32 countries with a turnover of 1.6 billion.

Working out of their London office, with a team of 20+ people (5 direct reports), you’ll report into the CPO and will develop, lead and activate the long-term Performance Marketing Strategy. This role is a critical role in the business; bringing functional subject matter expertise in combination with exceptional leadership qualities to engage, excite and inspire an energetic group of digital professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and activate our long-term Performance Marketing strategy
  • Take ownership & accountability of performance of our Paid Media channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and Affiliates) SEO and ad-tech innovation across markets in EMEA and APAC (and supporting US).
  • Ownership of SEO future roadmap and strategy across our business as well as leading the delivery of enhancements alongside cross functional teams
  • Be a trusted partner within the company, influencing key senior stakeholders and ensuring they receive the reporting and business insights they require.
  • Accountable for strategy to attract, nurture and retain customers through Paid Social, Display and Affiliates channels.
  • This role covers the EMEA Region and supports APAC and US.

  • High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Excellent collaboration skills across European and international markets with good intercultural awareness
