Working alongside the UX team, researchers, developers, designers and editors within the marketing team. The ultimate aim is to give the consumer the best experience. Delivering the right content in the right formats that will reach millions, this role is a great opportunity to come in and make your mark as they make content and user experience at the forefront of what the business is doing.
This role is paying up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
About the role
You will be working within the marketing team, reporting into the Head of Content with a key focus on designing and prototyping content as part of the end-to-end customer journey. Writing short and long form copy, Contributing to best practice to the brands style and design whilst measuring and evaluating the success of content design. you need to have a good understanding of UX principles and a strong analytical approach, being comfortable using data and analysis to test and improve the user journey. Working closely with the researchers to see how content and design can benefit the user experience.
What skills do you need?
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, including writing for the web
- Comfortable using data and analysis to test and improve performance
- Good understanding of UX principles
- Interest in the UK property industry
- Editorial/Journalistic background who can write short and long form copy
- Exposure to user research and testing
